Refund policy

At Full Table Bakes, every order is baked fresh in small batches. Because our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is missing an item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at fulltablebakes@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review each claim and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds, replacements, or store credit will not be provided for:

  • Flavor preferences or changes in personal taste.
  • Orders that have been consumed or partially consumed.
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
  • Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping

Each order is baked fresh and packaged with care to help ensure it arrives in excellent condition. Every cookie is individually wrapped and securely packaged before shipment.

Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times and package handling are outside of our control. While we cannot guarantee carrier performance or delivery dates, we encourage customers to contact us if a shipment arrives damaged. We will review each situation individually and work toward a fair resolution when appropriate.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Full Table Bakes is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer or for packages that are lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to inaccurate shipping information.
