Shipping policy
At Full Table Bakes, every order is baked fresh in small batches and carefully packaged to arrive ready to enjoy.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after purchase. During holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods
We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Available shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Warm Weather Shipping
Our cookies are baked to travel well, but chocolate and other ingredients may soften or melt during transit, especially in warmer climates. This does not affect the quality or safety of the product.
If your cookies arrive warm, allow them to return to room temperature before enjoying.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before they can be resent.
Delayed or Damaged Shipments
Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times and package handling are outside of our control.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is missing an item, please contact fulltablebakes@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the issue. We will review each situation individually and work toward a fair resolution when appropriate.
Local Pickup
If Local Pickup is selected at checkout, you will receive an email when your order is ready. Orders should be picked up during the designated pickup window.
